Who are your insurance providers?

We are currently taking new clients with the following plans: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Beacon/Kaiser, Beacon Medicaid, Bright Health, CCHA, Cigna, Colorado Access, ComPsych, Health First Colorado, Humana, Medicaid of Colorado, Medicare plans, Meritain Health, Mines & Associates, RMHP, Tricare, United plans, VA/Triwest, or out-of-pocket.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to take new clients with the following plans: Denver Health Medical Plans and Medicaid Prime. [Updated December 2023]

What if I don’t have insurance?

Out of pocket rates for initial consultations are $250 and follow-up visits are $150. Sliding scale rates are up to individual provider’s discretion.

What can I expect at an initial consultation?

Initial Consultations are typically 60-90 minutes. We ask a lot of questions to get a full overview of your mental and physical health history. Don’t worry, we try to make it as enjoyable as possible. This helps us assess your psychiatric needs and get you on the path to better mental health.

How do follow-up visits work?

Follow up appointments are scheduled at the end of each session. These appointments usually last 15-30 minutes and serve to monitor symptom progression and medication tolerance. The frequency of follow up appointments is individualized and depends on severity of symptoms, medications prescribed, and any additional monitoring needed such as laboratory work.

Do you offer telehealth or in person visits?

Our providers primarily offer telehealth services via Zoom. If you prefer to be seen in person, one of our nurse practitioners - Brittani Schwintosky, is offering this option on THURSDAYS only at 2726 Illinois Drive, Suite 203, Fort Collins, CO 80525. Please note that you may also schedule with Brittani on all other weekdays, but these appointments will be via Zoom.

Do you offer psychotherapy?

We currently only offer psychiatric medication and as needed supportive therapy. We do not currently have providers who offer routine pyschotherapy. However, we are happy to recommend and collaborate with a therapist if desired.
