Brittani Schwintosky, PMHNP-BC, APN

When you meet Brittani, you’ll feel comforted by her caring presence and genuine approach. Brittani’s light-hearted nature — paired with her sincere desire to help you meet your personal goals — will help you feel at ease and confident in your treatment. Mental health issues can be hard to cope with; they can make the simplest things feel impossible. Brittani believes that helping you find happiness in everyday life and to rediscover what life means to you are important steps in overcoming this.

Brittani is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with a Master’s in Nursing from University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Carson-Newman University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Brittani offers primarily Telehealth services but she also offers the option of in-person visits on Thursdays in Fort Collins. Please note that you may schedule a Telehealth appointment with Brittani any day Monday through Friday; however in-person visits are limited to Thursdays only. Brittani sees clients 12 years of age and older.

Abbey Towe, PMHNP-BC

Abbey has a heart for providing open, non-judgmental care and is committed to offering you with the most up to date, evidence-based care possible. She understands the vulnerability involved in asking for help, which is why she will take the time to understand your individual situation and what is important to you. Abbey knows your health has a greater chance for improvement if you are actively involved in your care. She will make it a priority to seek and incorporate your input.

Abbey is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing.

Abbey only sees clients via Telehealth services. No in person appointments. Abbey sees clients 12 years of age and older.

Christy Moyers, PMHNP-BC, APRN

**Please note: At this time Christy is accepting new clients with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans, Medicaid plans, or clients wanting to pay out-of-pocket. Effective August 2nd, Christy will also be accepting Aetna plans; clients with Aetna plans are welcome to schedule now for any time after August 2nd. 

Christy wants to help you reach your fullest potential regarding mental health. Her caring, respectful, easy-going nature fosters a therapeutic environment where you will feel safe and comfortable. She is a compassionate, active listener and will work with you to develop the best plan of care using evidenced-based treatment methods.  Christy primarily provides psychiatric medication management; her therapeutic approaches are based in cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness based techniques. She aims to meet her patients where they are in their mental health journey, working together in the process to reach mental health goals. 

Understanding that mental health affects all areas of a person’s life, Christy is committed to developing a plan of care tailored to your specific needs. Her passion is in helping others improve their life functioning, and she will work closely with you to devise a plan that is as unique as you are. Christy sees clients 12 years of age and older. She offers the convenience and flexibility of Telehealth services, which can be easily scheduled Monday through Friday through the website. 

Christy brings an impressive eighteen years of nursing experience to her role as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her dedication to mental health care is further evidenced by her academic achievements, which include a Master of Science in Nursing degree from South College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee. These credentials highlight her expertise and commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.
